STUDIES

2010-To date Ongoing Master’s (Msc in Géotechnical Enginnering at Washington International University-USA) 1999-2004 : Degree in Civil Engineering and Environmental Technology at Kigali Institute of Science and Technology (KIST) 1992-1998 : Secondary studies at Groupe Scolaire A.D.B de Nyarutarama with Bio-Chemistry as option.

GENERAL EXPERIENCES

Engineer MUNYARUGERERO Jean Kizito was within six years, in charge of Soil Mechanics&Geotechnical Engineering Laboratory at KIST, therefore, he possesses deep knowledge in the field of geotechnical Enginnering. He has participated in geotechnical studies and designs of a number of important projects in Rwanda(Buildings,dams, bridges and roads) and worked with the most accomplished National and International companies. He has been a Tutorial Assistant of practical courses such as Engineering geology, Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering within six years at KIST. He possesses his own private soil mechanics&geotechnical Engineering laboratory, the first ever private opened in Rwanda, and he is one of the rare practical Geotechnical Engineers in the Country. He is currently the Managing Director of GECO Africa Ltd, a private consulting company specialized in studies and supervision of building and roads projects. .
